Cocktail created by Daniele Panzanaro at The Parrot bar in London’s Waldorf Hilton.

45ml Black Cow Vodka
20ml Homemade chamomile syrup
10ml honey nectar
10ml fresh lemon juice
Top up with Sicilian lemon tonic

Daniele said: ‘I came across Black Cow by chance. The story of the product and how it started is fascinating to me. I tried the product and saw the facility to adapt to specific tastes that Black Cow has to light and delicate other flavours. The inspiration for the cocktails in the bar came from all the parrots around the world.’
