This sweet and zingy cocktail was created by Dustin Macmillan of HIX Soho.
50ml Black Cow
35ml Freshly squeezed blood orange juice
20ml Rhubarb shrub (syrup made with sugar, vinegar and fresh rhubarb)
Add all the ingredients into a shaker, add cubed ice, shake and double strain into a coupe glass.

Dustin says, “It's an illuminating cocktail that couples can make together or try at one of the Hix restaurants. The Romeo is made with blood orange juice mixed with the infused syrup rhubarb shrub, which gives the recipe its sweet and zingy flavour.”

The cocktail will be available throughout the month of February for £12.00 in all HIX Bars and Restaurants; HIX Soho, HIX Oyster & Chop House, HIX Oyster & Fish House, Tramshed, Hixter Bankside and HIX Townhouse.
