35ml Black Cow Vodka
25ml Amaretto
15ml Strawberry conserve
Top with double cream and Amaretto crumble

Add all the ingredients except cream to shaker, add cubed ice, shake and double strain into a martini glass.

In a separate shaker, add cream, shaking without ice. This will allow the cream to set on the surface of the liquid. Pour the cream down the shaft of a bar spoon to help the process of setting.
