Kangaroo at The Eveleigh


Invented by China Morbosa, available at The Eveleigh in Los Angeles

2 dashes of Truckle drops (Bespoke bitters created by Miracle Mile Bitters)
¼oz Dry Vermouth 
½oz Aviation Gin
1.5oz Black Cow Vodka

Stir all ingredients together with ice. Strain and pour into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a pickled onion.

The Truckle drops are bespoke bitters created in Los Angeles using flavors from our very own Black Cow Cheddar Cheese and celery. The Aviation Gin adds complimentary citrus notes to this drink and work well with the velvety flavors of the Black Cow.
