The Highland Fling

45ml Black Cow
5ml Laphroaig whisky
Cubed, cured fillet of salmon
Cocktail onions & dill

Rinse a chilled martini glass with whisky and pour into an ice-filled mixing glass. Twirl whisky with ice, strain and discard. Shake Black Cow with the seasoned ice and strain into the seasoned glass. Garnish with salmon, onion and dill.
