Dead End Street at The Eveleigh


Invented by China Morbosa, available at The Eveleigh in Los Angeles.

3 Wheels of cucumber
Pinch of smoked sea salt
¾oz Lime juice
¾oz Suze
¾oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2oz Black Cow Vodka
Top with about 1.5oz soda

Add all ingredients into a shaker. Muddle and then shake all ingredients. Pour into a Collins glass over ice. Top with about 1.5oz of soda water.  Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
