Cinderella on Ice

50ml Black Cow infused with pepper
20ml Red wine reduction with rosemary
10ml Grapefruit juice
5ml Crème de Mure
Top with soda
Pour Black Cow Vodka, red wine reduction, grapefruit juice and crème de mure into a hi-ball glass. Stir all the ingredients to ignite the flavours, add cubed ice to fill the glass, then top with soda water. Garnish with orange peel and rosemary.
