50ml Black Cow Vodka
75ml chai-tea infused milk (cooled)
25ml coffee liqueur
Serve in a rock glass on ice. Garnish with chocolate powder dusting or chocolate shavings
Chai Tea Infused Milk
Add chai tea bag to some milk and heat over a low heat. Take off heat and let bag infuse for at least 10 minutes. Remove teabag and chill milk before use. Or use Monin Chai Tea Syrup mixed with fresh milk.
