There are many ways to make a Bloody Mary but we think our take on it, the Bloody Cow, is one of the best.
50ml Black Cow
25ml Sweet Sherry
Top up with Tomato Juice
Good splash Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Good splash Tabasco
Dash Celery Salt
Mix the ingredients and serve in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a pickled chilli.
Spread the celery salt roughly around the rim (as pictured).
