Black Cow Royale


A twist on a British classic, enhanced with sparkling wine in honour of the royal couple. 

25ml Black Cow
10ml morello cherry eau de vie from Temperley
15ml strawberry purée
10ml lemon juice
Topped with English sparkling wine 

Around the rim, spray oils from the zest of an orange and discard. Mix all ingredients and top with the sparkling wine. Finally garnish with 1 mint sprig floating in the glass. Serve in a champagne coupe.
