Mos-cow Mule

50ml Black Cow
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Honey & Ginger syrup
Topped with Palmers Ginger Beer
Garnish: Lime slice

Add all the ingredients to highball glass except the ginger beer. Add cubed ice and stir for around 10 seconds until sufficiently chilled. Add ginger beer and garnish.

Honey & Ginger Syrup: Put equal parts chopped fresh ginger, hot water and honey into a blender, sieve out and bottle.
