This cocktail was created by Pacific Cocktail Haven, San Francisco.
40ml wheat grass-infused Black Cow Vodka
15ml Licor 43
50ml Calamansi Shrub
50ml Unfiltered Apple Juice
Shake all ingredients and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Garnish: two pieces of Wheat Grass
To make the infused vodka:
Allow 6 oz of wheat grass per 750ml bottle. Steep for 24 hours, then strain out wheat grass.
For the Calamansi Shrub:
Mix 2 parts Calamansi Juice to 1/4 part Filipino Cane Vinegar.
