Gold Top Cup 2016 final Cocktail competition. Created by Felix Cohen from Manhattans Project in London. Felix impressed everyone with his excellent knowledge on the brand and simple but brilliant entry.

50ml Tomato water
17.5ml Lemon Juice
17.5ml Triple sec

Shake and double strain, serve up with cherry tomato garnish and celery salt half rim.
