'Best of British'

Another one of the cocktails from our Gold Top Cocktail competition 2016 final. The creator is Charlie Thomas of Amoeba Bar in Bristol. Cheeky Charlie won  a place in the final with a little help from his Dundonian wit.

55ml Black Cow
15ml cooking apple infused vermouth
2 drops lemon bitters
8ml honey syrup

Stirred down with two sage leaves and served straight up with Yorkshire puddings and locally foraged horseradish infused gravy.
