Vodka, Cinnamon & Vanilla

This sweet and refreshing cocktail was created by Ben's Canteen.

50ml Black Cow
35ml Cinnamon Vanilla Syrup
Fevertree Soda Water
Squeeze 2 lime wedges
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Glass: Highball

Using all the ingredients, except the soda, shake well. Top with soda.

For the Cinnamon Vanilla syrup: 
800 grams caster sugar
16 cinnamon sticks (broken in half)
2 vanilla pods (split)
940ml water

Bring sugar, cinnamon, vanilla pods and water to boil in a saucepan. Cook briefly to dissolve sugar, cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
