Created by Mark Hix, this delicious cocktail is perfect for those long, summer evenings.
50ml Black Cow
50ml Ruby Grapefruit Juice
25ml Lime Juice
75ml Cranberry Juice
1/2 a squeezed lime, turned inside out for garnish
Pour all the ingredients except for the cranberry juice into a mixing glass. Pour the cranberry juice into a highball glass and fill with cubed ice. Slowly pour the rest of the ingredients from the mixing glass into the highball using a bar spoon to layer it on top of the cranberry juice. It should have two distinct layers. Place the lime on the top with the flesh side facing upwards.
