Daisy The Cow

This light and zesty cocktail was created by Sam Paget Steavenson from The Rum Runner cocktail bar. 

25ml Black Cow
15ml Lemon Syrup
5-10 ml Squeezed Lemon juice
Champagne
Thyme Sprig

Make a lemon syrup with sugar, water and lemon zest.
Add Black Cow, lemon syrup and lemon juice to a champagne glass.
Top up with champagne, adjust to taste.
Garnish with thyme sprig.
